Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken — so if something is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you and refund in full rather than deliver something you did not agree to.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as set out in Delivery & Returns.

Made-to-order pieces

Most of the edit is made after you order it, to the specification you choose. Those pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will tell you when that point is reached.

Your right to cancel

For stocked pieces you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under distance selling rules, and return the piece in the condition it arrived. Made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty.

Guarantee

Frames and joinery are guaranteed for five years against manufacturing defects. Fair wear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered — but see Care & Repair, which is.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
